Booking process

On our website we offer different kind of activities with different booking process and cancellation policies.

To book a climbing taster or guided tour you first have to send a booking form to allow us to check availability and to send you a confirmation of dates and prices by email. Upon receiving our confirmation through your email and checking all booking information, in order to complete the reservation, you need to complete the booking deposit (40% of the basic price) and return the customer form(s) filled with the information of each participant. The balance payment has to be done before the day of the activity.

To book any course or travel you have to select the activity you wish to enroll in and press the button to add it to your cart. Before proceeding to the payment, please verify that the product(s) in your cart match your plans.

Payments

To hire a climbing taster or guided tour, you usually need to do two payments:

  • Booking deposit
  • Balance payment

The booking deposit represents 40% of the basic price and needs to be paid in order to complete your reservation and ensure you a date for your upcoming trip with us. Without the deposit, the reservation is not done.

The balance payment needs to be paid before the first day of the activity. If the balance payment is not done before the first day of the activity, the trip will not take place and the booking deposit will not be refunded.

Courses and travels can be purchased on our online shop by doing one single payment of the total amount of the activity.

Payment methods

We accept two methods of payment:

  • Credit card / PayPal
  • Bank transfer

    • (SWIFT / BIC: CAHMESMMXXX)

Note that if you pay any activity by bank transfer, you will need to write your name or order ID in the concept field. Since bank transfers are not done instantly, please send us an E-mail with the receipt to notify the payment upon completing the transfer. This is really important since your receipt will be the proof of your payment.

Cancellations

By the customer:
Cancellations will always be notified by phone (+34 660 154 996) or E-mail (info@valenciaclimb.com).

In case of cancellation of any climbing taster or guided tour by the customer, it has to be notified at least 5 days before the activity is carried out so that the entire payment will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 5 days in advance will not right to the refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will not be refunded at all.

In case of cancellation of any course or travel by the customer, it has to be notified at least 30 days before the activity is carried out so that the entire payment will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance will not be refunded, but another participant of your choice can take your place.

By the company:
The company reserves itself the right to cancel any activity before its realization, refunding the entire payment.

The company reserves itself the right to cancel any activity during the course of it for compelling reasons, in which case it will be given the option to postpone the activity to another date, to change the activity or to return 60% of the basic price of the activity.

Failure to comply with any of the conditions set forth in this document entitles the company to immediate cancellation of the activity without any kind of reimbursement to be done.

Due to bad weather:
In case of bad weather, the guide will give the option to postpone the activity to another day.

In case of not being able to postpone the activity, we will proceed as follows:

  • If you have managed to climb at least 3 hours, half climbing day will be charged and the difference will be reimbursed.
  • If you have not managed to climb, the full amount will be reimbursed.
