Pablo Benedito

Rock climbing guide / Mountain leader / AEGM, EVAM & UIMLA certified

Born in Valencia in a mountaineer family, Pablo does not remember life without mountains. Here is where his passions meet: sport, nature and photography. Member of the Spanish Association of Mountain Guides (AEGM), the High Mountain School of Valencia (EVAM) and the Union of International Mountain Leader Associations (UIMLA), he has been climbing walls for more than fifteen years and in more than ten different countries between Europe, Africa, America and Asia. With more than 10 years of experience as a guide he has extensive knowledge of all the climbing areas in Valencia and the bests of Spain. He is passionate for travel, discovery and languages, loving to meet new people and to make them discover new places.

I love making people have a good time climbing outdoors and reminding them that the best climber is not the strongest, but the one who enjoys the most!

Victor Basterra

Rock climbing guide / EVAM certified

At the age of 18, he discovered the world of adventure and guiding outdoors activities and decided to move with his dog Baku to Gátova, a small mountain town in the middle of the Sierra Calderona, where his mother was born. His passion for the mountains and nature led him to train as a forestry agent. After spending several years as a rafting instructor in different rivers, he decided to get the rock climbing guide qualification to be able to work on his true passion. He has plenty of plans to travel and explore new mountains, always carrying his climbing equipment with him.

I really love my job, I feel lucky to be able to combine what I like the most: nature and accompanying people to places where they could not access with their own means.

Javi Aparisi

Javi Aparisi

Rock climbing guide

Sport has been an inseparable part of his life. Basketball accompanied him throughout his school and university years, and he played it with dedication and passion. The start of his doctoral studies marked a transition in many areas, including his athletic pursuits. Thus, climbing came to him (or perhaps he came to it) at the age of 23. And although his connection to the natural world had always been very strong within him, a new relationship was born when sport and nature came together through climbing. Thanks to it, he discovered a genuine and beautiful way of seeing and inhabiting nature, its rhythms and spaces, those with whom he shares it, and, above all, himself.

That’s the most powerful thing about climbing; it’s an inexhaustible source of experiences that transforms how we live many aspects of life, and connects us with a deep and genuine certainty that resides within each of us. It’s a never ending journey.
