What you’ll do
Well known are both the benefits of rock climbing and those of practicing yoga in a daily routine. This original fusion of disciplines outdoor will contribute positively to our physical, mental and emotional health and will help us to maintain a good quality of life.
Vinyasa yoga practice, a more dynamic style where we will focus on giving mobility to our joints and preparing our muscles for the rest of the day. We will also focus our attention with a short meditation that will help us to be more connected with the present and fully enjoy the climbing session.
After spending the morning climbing, we will give our body the rest it deserves by doing a Yin yoga and mobility practice, where we will focus on relaxing all the muscles, especially those we work the most at climbing. We will end with a relaxation to integrate all the work done and finish the day in the best possible way.
Where you’ll be
The yoga & climbing experience takes place in the middle of the nature. Each area has something special and the guide will choose the destination regarding the weather forecast, the season of the year and the size of the group.
We carry out yoga & climbing experiences throughout the year and we fully adapt ourselves to the dates and times that best suit you. The duration of the activity is of 5 hours.
Things to keep in mind
Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.
Guests of all ages can attend. Minimum group of 4 people.

In order to organize your day, please take note that the activity consists of 3h of climbing plus 1h or 2h of transport depending on the destination.
