1. Booking process

On our website we offer different kind of activities with different booking process and cancellation policies.

To book an open group activity you have to select the activity you wish to enroll in and add it to your cart. Before proceeding to the payment, please verify that the items in your cart match your plans.

To book any private activity you first have to send us a message so we can check the availability and send you a confirmation of dates and prices by email. Upon receiving our confirmation and after checking all information, in order to complete the reservation, you need to send a booking deposit (50% of the final price). The balance payment has to be done at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled start date of the activity.

2. Payments

To enroll an open group activity you will need to do one single payment of the total amount.

To hire a private activity, you usually will need to do two payments:

  • Booking deposit
  • Balance payment

The booking deposit represents 50% of the final price and needs to be paid in order to complete your reservation and ensure you a date for your upcoming trip with us. Without the deposit payment, the reservation is not completed.

The balance payment has to be done at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled start date of the activity. Failure to complete the balance payment within this period of time will produce an automatic cancellation of the activity with no refund of the booking deposit.

If you are booking last minute (with less than 7 days before the scheduled start date), you must make a single payment of the total amount of the activity.

3. Payment methods

We accept several payment methods:

  • Bank transfer (preferable)
  • Credit card
  • Bizum
  • PayPal

Bank transfer is the preferable payment method. Enter your full name or order ID as the concept field and send us an E-mail with the receipt to notify the payment upon completing the transfer.

You can make payment with credit or debit card using Redsys integrated services. Both national and international cards from the main brands are accepted: Visa, Master, American Express, JCB, Diners and Unionpay.

If you wish, you can use bizum to complete the payment, sending money to the number (+34) 660 15 49 96. Name of the owner: Pablo B.B.

Please complete the payment through PayPal as a last resort since the use of this service entails a high commission for the seller. Enter the booking amount before proceeding to the payment.

4. Cancellations

By the user:
For a full refund cancel up to 7 days before the start time, or within 24 hours of booking as long as the booking is made more than 48 hours before the start time. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the activity is scheduled to start will not give right to the refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the activity is scheduled to start will not be refunded at all. Not showing up at the place and at the start time of the activity established by the company, presenting any type of indisposition, illness or injury during the activity or failing to comply with any of the conditions established in the service agreement document will result in an instant cancellation of the activity without the right to any type of reimbursement.

By the company:
The company reserves the right to cancel any activity for reasons such as illness or force majeure of the guide, adverse weather forecast or for not reaching the minimum group (lack of bookings or last minute cancellations), in which case the activity will be rescheduled (see section 5.Rescheduling).

Force majeure:
Once the activity has started, we regret we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation when the activity has to be cancelled by force majeure reasons such as war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, natural disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside our control.

5. Rescheduling

By the user:
Whenever the company has availability, private activities can be voluntarily reschedule and free of charge up to 48 hours before the activity is scheduled to start. Reschedule an activity less than 48 hours before the scheduled start will have a supplement of the 25% of the total price. If you reschedule an activity, the cancellation policy is based on the original purchase time and original start date of the activity.

By the company:
An activity that suffers a cancellation by the company (see section 4.Cancellations) will be rescheduled at no extra cost. In case your activity is being rescheduled you will be reached as soon as possible to agree on a new upcoming date. In special and duly justified cases in which it is not possible to reschedule an activity that has been cancelled by the company to a near date and provided that no prior expense has been incurred by the company (reservations, travel, purchase or rental of gear, …), a partial to a full refund may be made.

7. Notifications

Notification of any reservation, cancellation or rescheduling of an activity will be made by phone or WhatsApp (+34 961 163 120) or by email (info@valenciaclimb.com).
